Gets the current duplex mode and the enabled status of the current duplex mode for the current TWAIN source.

This function gets the current duplex mode capability CAP_DUPLEX, and the duplex mode's enabled status capability CAP_DUPLEXENABLED values. For more information on these capabilities, refer to www.twain.org/download.htm and click on TWAIN Specification (Version 1.9).
To set these capabilities, call the L_TwainEnableDuplex function.
This function should be called after calling the L_TwainStartCapsNeg function and before calling the L_TwainEndCapsNeg function.
