Summary
Gets or sets a value that indicates whether to show the rotation thumbs when an object is selected.

Property Value
true to show the rotation thumbs when an object is selected; otherwise, false. The default value is true.
Remarks
Setting the value of this property will iterate through all the current automation objects set in Objects and updating the value of AnnEditDesigner.UseRotateThumbs accordingly. Changing the value does not end any current designers. The application can use a keyboard or menu shortcut to enable showing/hiding the rotation thumbs at any time regardless of whether any object is currently being edited.
