DicomAnnotationPointHelper Class

The DicomAnnotationPointHelper class is used internally by the Windows Runtime (WinRT) build of the toolkit. It is specifically used by methods in the WinRT build of the Leadtools.Dicom.Annotations.Core assembly. It contains helper methods for working with the DicomAnnotationPoint structure.
