ChangeTime Method (ChangeSeriesCommand)
Summary
Changes the specified System.DateTime object and returns a new System.DateTime.

Parameters
dateTime
The input System.DateTime.
hours
The new hours value.
minutes
The new minutes value.
seconds
The new seconds value.
milliseconds
The new milliseconds value.
Return Value
System.DateTime object.
Remarks
This will keep the same date as the input date and use as the time the specified hours, minutes, seconds, and milliseconds.
