render Method (AnnSvgRenderingEngine)
Summary
Renders the container to the specified destination rectangle.

Parameters
clipRect
The destination clip rectangle LeadRectD in container coordinates. The engine will only render into this area. Pass
LeadRectD.Empty to not use a clip rectangle.
clear
true to clear the background of the context, otherwise; false.
Remarks
This is AnnSvgRenderingEngine implementation of AnnRenderingEngine.Render. It will render the objects in the Container by adding (or updating) the SVG elements to Element. The container objects might be scaled to fit into the destination rectangle.
This method uses the mapper in Container to calculate the destination rectangle and any other transform to be applied.
