Parameters

insertCommand
The database command which will be initialized to insert the new information.

sopInstanceUID
A System.String that represents the SOP Instance UID for the media object which information will be inserted.

referencedInstance
A Leadtools.Dicom.Common.DataTypes.SopInstanceReference object that represents the SOP Instances information which belongs to the failed media object.

attribute
The DICOM Attribute value that failed.
