sub-cell index of the cell
x
the x-coordinates of the mouse position.
y
the x-coordinates of the mouse position.

the text that is displayed over the probe tool.
Remarks
- To use the probe tool, use the method AddAction to add the action MedicalViewerActionType.ProbeTool to the Medical Viewer Cell, then use the method SetAction to associate the with a mouse button.
- Use this class when handling the MedicalViewerBaseCell.ProbeToolTextChanged events.
