DeleteItem Method

Summary

Deletes the specified item from the cache.

Parameters

key

Cache item key to delete.

regionName

Optional region name.

Remarks

Cache users may call DeleteItem on items that do not exist in the cache. The impelementation must not throw an error in this case continue as if the item was deleted.
