L_TwainSetMaxXferCount

Summary

Sets the maximum number of images that can be transferred from the current TWAIN source.

Syntax

L_LTTWN_API L_INT L_TwainSetMaxXferCount(hSession, nMaxXferCount)

Parameters

HTWAINSESSION hSession

Handle to an existing TWAIN session. This handle is obtained by calling the L_TwainInitSession or L_TwainInitSession2 function.

L_INT nMaxXferCount

Specifies the maximum number of images to be transferred from the current TWAIN source.

Returns

Value Meaning
SUCCESS The function was successful.
< 1 An error occurred. Refer to Return Codes.

Comments

This function internally sets the maximum transfer count capability CAP_XFERCOUNT. For more information on these capabilities, refer to the TWAIN specification.

To get the current value for the CAP_XFERCOUNT capability, call the L_TwainGetMaxXferCount function.

This function should be called after calling the L_TwainStartCapsNeg function and before calling the L_TwainEndCapsNeg function.
