This function inserts a video file into the dataset without recompressing it, saving memory/processing time.

Filename of the source video file to insert into the dataset
Under certain conditions this method can fail (for example, if the file being inserted is not compatible with DICOM dataset pixel data specifications, or it needs to be recompressed). Under such conditions use low-level video-inserting API functions (for example, the LEAD DICOM Writer filter).
