The Hold event will fire only when EnableHold is set to true and when the following occurs:
On a device that supports mouse: When the user presses down the left mouse button and the pointer is over a EventsTarget and holds without moving for specific amount of time specified by the HoldDelay property. On a device that supports touch: When the user presses a finger down on a EventsTarget and holds without moving for specific amount of time specified by the HoldDelay property.
The Hold event is used usually on touch devices to show a context menu.
