Gets or sets a value indicating whether the current browser supports the CSS rule pointer-events
for HTML elements.
LTHelper.supportsHTMLPointerEvents = (default value);
static supportsHTMLPointerEvents: boolean;
true if the current browser supports the pointer-events
CSS rule; otherwise, it is false.
While pointer-events
support is almost universal for SVG Elements, it is not as common in browsers for HTML Elements.
For example, Internet Explorer 9 and 10 do not support pointer-events
for HTML Elements.
