The callback function that fires whenever the loading state of the file changes.
Default value is null. If a valid function is provided, this callback fires whenever the load state changes.
This is a good place to hook up any loading-specific events (such as displaying a waiting dialog). LEADVIEW calls the function with a boolean value to indicate whether LEADVIEW is in a state where a loading dialog should be displayed.
