AnnotationPrecedency Property

Summary

Gets or sets whether to give the priority to the annotation over any other action or not.

True to give priority to the annotation over any other action, it is false otherwise.

Remarks

The precedency means that if the current action for the left mouse button is for example window level, and the user holds down the left mouse button and it happens to be above an annotation object, then the viewer will not start a window level, but will select the annotation object instead
