Retrieves a value indicating whether the disc can be ejected at the current time.
Pointer to an ILTDVDBurner interface.
Pointer to a variable to be updated with a value that indicates whether the disc can be ejected at the current time. Possible values are:

| VARIANT_TRUE | The disc can be safely ejected. |
| VARIANT_FALSE | The disc cannot be ejected: an operation could be in progress. |
