Destroys the class object, and releases all resources associated with it.

A NITF file is created by calling the LNITFFile::Create function.
For each call to Create there must be a call to LNITFFile::Destroy.
This function should be called after calling any other LNITFFile::XXX function. It will clean up and free memory allocated to the LNITFFile object.
