Changes from Version 18 to Version 19

Version 19 of this C++ Class Library has changed from version 18 as follows:

Changed Data Types

INVERTEDTEXTDLGPARAMS - The type of uStructSize member has been changed to L_UINT.

OPENDLGPARAMS - A flag has been added to uDlgFlags (DLG_OPEN_LOADCORRUPTED).

INITIALVIEWENUM - A flag has been added (DLG_VIEW_DETAILS).
