Stitch two images together in .NET

The attached example is a c# app that demonstrates how to stitch images together using our CombineCommand Class.

I've updated this project to use the LEADTOOLS v17.5 in C# using Visual Studio 2008. Copy the folder "stitch" to the c:\ drive to test the project without modifying it.

Updated to use LEADTOOLS v19 in C# using Visual Studio 2017.
