Hello, I will try to explain my problem via an example :
I have an invoice pdf. It is scanned from a professional scanner and the result is clean and easily readable by the engine.
Invoice date : 31/05/2014
but, Advantage engine recognises this area in some files as 31/OS/2014
0 > O or o
5 > S or s
/ > 1 or |
I want to tell to engine that : "this area can be consist of numbers and / only. Because of that, give me your best guess".
or
"this area consists of Turkish alphabet, do not give me 0(zero) instead of O"
is it possible? Thank you for your help.

You can enhance the result by setting "Character Filters" for each zone. For example, if you have a zone that contains numbers without any text, you can use "Numbers" filter or "Digit" filter. Same goes for the text only zones. For more information, see the following help topics:
