Creating Overlays from Regions and adjusting their color

The attached demos shows how to create overlays from a region using the Magic Wand Regions creation interactive mode. Once created you can adjust the color of the overlay. Press and hold the key while selecting a region on the image to or the regions together. Move the mouse up/down while pressing the left mouse button to increase/decrease the color range the Magic Wand uses to create a region.
Check and uncheck the overlays in the listbox to choose which overlays are painted.
The C# project is in Visual Studio 2010 using LEADTOOLS version 18.0 (.NET 4.0 x86)

Updated to LEADTOOLS v19 with Visual Studio 2017. Also changed project to automatically select dll's for running in 32-bit and 64-bit.
Extract to "C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Examples\DotNet\CS\" to use the example.

Updated to LEADTOOLS v20 running with 32-bit DLL's.
Extract to "C:\LEADTOOLS 20\Examples\DotNet\CS\" to use the example.
