My customer created a TIFF image in Photoshop (see attached).  When I
look at the format reported by Leadtools, I  see the following image type:

Type = 96
Type Name = Exif

Can you explain this discrepancy?

The version of leadtools in my current production build are:
Leadtools.dll - 17.0.0.73
Leadtools.codecs.dll - 17.0.0.63

Hello,
EXIF files can contain either a TIFF or a JPEG image. Type 96 means that the Exif file contains a TIFF image, with no compression and with RGB color space. You can read more about it here:
