I want to click a button that will print the invoice displayed and save it as a pdf and be able to use the data in excelsheet.

It sounds like you would want to look at LEADTOOLS Virtual Printer SDK. If you have already download the free 60 day evaluation then here are some tutorials and sample code that will help you get started with your project:
