I want to read a contact from a pdf and be able to access the info. An example of a contact would be PO NO 5558964521

It sounds like you are looking for something along the lines of our Forms Recognition and Processing SDK. This will allow you to read from many forms as in drivers license, passports, and you can create your own form to read other documents.
