how to check for answers on an answer sheet

I have a questionnaire and I need to recognize the marks for the answers. The answers are in checkbox form.

LEADTOOLS has a Forms Recognition and Processing SDK that will allow you to recognize and extract form fields regardless of image resolution, scale, and other form generation characteristics.
