How can I generate text to be displayed on a video?

You can use our Annotations namespace along with our Video Callback filter in order to achieve this functionality.

There is a demo in our Multimedia SDK that shows how to achieve this, you can see it here:
C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Shortcuts\Multimedia\Processing\DirectShow\Dotnet Class Library
