Barcode - Partial read

one client ask us if we could read barcodes 2 of 5 interleaved. I'm triyng to read his document with your toolkit sample.
And if i don't choose partial read option, it doesnt read any thing.

Is this becouse barcode is bad generated?

Im triyng with leadtools v18

I tried this here and observed the same results.

Do you know what application created this barcode? If yes, can that application read the barcode again?

I tried several other barcode scanners, and none of them were able to read the barcode on this page either. Although the document appears very clean, either the barcode is poorly formed, corrupted or otherwise invalid.
