HOW TO: Use LEADTOOLS libraries in a Universal Windows Platform to load and save images

Attached is a small sample application that shows that shows how to use the LEADTOOLS WinRT libraries in a UWP application.This application simply loads in a supported image then allows you to save it out to any supported format. You may need to add additional references to the application depending on the file formats you are using.
