Wonder what API/Command/Option allows me to have customized watermark message appears on every page in Document Viewer.

Any advice is highly appreciate.

You can use the Bates Stamp Annotation alongside our DocumentViewer demo in order to achieve this. I have written a HOW TO guide on how to achieve this at the following forum link:

Attached to that forum post is a zipped project that you can download and test out that does what you described.
