Simple CDLL OCR demo with verification callback

The attached OCR Professional engine demo has 2 changes from this minimum OCR demo:
1. It is no longer "minimum" because it contains a simple implementation of the verification callback and the code needed to trigger it.
2. It now uses v17.5 C DLLs.

Updated to LEADTOOLS v19 with Visual Studio 2017. Changed to Visual Studio 2010 (v100) Platform Toolset.
Extract to "C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Examples\CDLL\" to use the example.
