Using Leadtools 16.5 new Twain device not visible on Windows 10

We are using the leadtools 16.5.5.28 an have a problem in our program with a new installed Twain Scanner driver on Windows 10.
The Scanner is a Kyocera ECOSYS M2640.
Using the Raster Imaging C API L_TwainGetSources() it returns Error code "ERROR_TWAIN_END_OF_LIST -565 End of list".
Running it on sooner Windows versions (32/64 Bit) it succeeds.
Using the Twack_32 Application the Kyocera is visible in the list, succeeds on Windows 10.
Question: Does anybody know about a problem here, has a solution.
Is there a newer leadtools 16.5.X evaluation download available to check if it works successful on Windows 10 ?

Unfortunately LEADTOOLS version 16.5 is not fully supported on the Windows 10 platform. I would recommend for you to contact us via email,
support@leadtools.com, to obtain the latest v16.5 patches. Additionally, if the latest patches do not resolve this issue, I would recommend for you to download the version 19 evaluation and test your Twain devices with this version.
