Attached is an updated C# VS 2017 project using LEADTOOLS Multimedia 19 that captures live video and streams it out using MPEG2 Transport over UDP. It also allows you to convert and save the stream to disk with the option of adding KLV data. The project is an updated version of the original posted here.

To run the project, please extract it into the following directory:
C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Examples\Posts\t12312
