Realize is disable in Context Menu

I am using Leadtools 19 using vb.net4 Win 32
Loading a multipage document , using automation annotations, I am able to create a redaction annotation but when I right click the context menu shows Realize Disable.
what am I missing?

Could you provide more information on how you obtained this result? Are you using one of our demo projects or an application that you wrote yourself? If you're using one of our demos, could you provide the path to this demo? Additionally does this only occur with a specific file?

We will need to reproduce this issue on our end to find the source of this issue
