Hi Team,

We are XML publishers working for various countries across the globe. We deliver the output PDFs along with its XML and images. We used to capture the Images as "TIFF" files. Recently we are getting the following feedback from our clients saying that the TIFF files we delivered are not fulfilling their requirements. I have pasted below the error and have attached the images for your reference. I have tried a lot and couldn't able to identify what went wrong exactly. Can someone please help me to get through it?

<svrl:text>DLF Benchmark for Faithful Digital Reproductions of Monographs and Serials: color: found Profile value 'DLF Benchmark for Faithful Digital Reproductions of Monographs and Serials: color', should be one of 'RGB', 'Grayscale', ...</svrl:text>

Hello,

Could you clarify which version of the Leadtools SDK you are working with?

Also, are you getting this exception in your own application or in one of our sample projects?

If you are getting this exception in a sample project, could you tell me which one so I can test your TIF files accordingly?
If you are getting this exception in your own project could you tell me which SDK you are using (Document Pro/ Medical Imaging/ Barcode Pro etc.), and furbish me with the line of code where this exception is being thrown, as well as the relevant surrounding code?

Thanks,
