The code should look something like this:

hObject1 = LEAD1.AnnCreate(10, True, True)
LEAD1.AnnDefine hObject1, 0, 0, ANNDEFINE_BEGINSET
LEAD1.AnnDefine hObject1, 200, 200, ANNDEFINE_END
LEAD1.AnnSetText hObject1, "Text", False
LEAD1.AnnSaveTag True, False
LEAD1.Save "file.tif", FILE_TIF, 24, 0, SAVE_OVERWRITE
