Can I load a tif file in leadtools version 13.0.0.78 ?
This file is LZW-Locked.

First of all, we recommend downloading and applying the latest patches from our support site, since your build is rather old.

LZW used to require a license or waiver from Unisys in the past, but
their patent has expired and now we give the LZW support keys to all
our customers for free. The recent builds of all our toolkit do not have LZW locked.
