I am developing a "UWP" app using Visual Studio 2019.

LeadTools toolbar cannot be added to the toolbox.

I referenced how to add a toolbox, but it doesn't seem to be supported by UWP.

Can you tell us in detail how to add a toolbox for developing PDF Viewer under these two conditions?

What LEADTOOLS toolbar are you trying to add to the Visual Studio toolbox? If you are wanting to develop a UWP app for viewing PDFs, you can check out this demo here:
