Here is the test image that I forgot from my earlier e-mail. Try using the demo and grab the word 'TV' which is among bunch of links about 1\4 the way down the page. It returns the letter 'N'.
Also, try recognizing some of the links under the 'In The News'. One or two of them will appear somewhat garbled. Why is this? I'm using your demo.

I have your image, I tried to recognize it using the OCR toolkit, but I don't know where the problem is?
Can you please send me the generated or mark in the source image the area that you want to be recognized.

Tim,
There are two obvious problems with this image.
First problem:
The image is 96 dpi. The OCR engine will work best with an image at least 300 DPI. To check, do a file info from the Open dialog in a LEADTOOLS Main demo and check the x and y res. This image reports 96 which is the screen resolution.
Second problem:
There is big red text going across the image in three places. OCR will not able to figure those areas out.
