I need an example on how select, move or make any other action on many little images inserted on a big background image.

Do you have the Document Imaging product or higher?

If so, then you can very easily do this with annotations. Simply insert one Stamp annotation object for each small image to display it. You can then position these objects anywhere you want on top of the main image.
