[] Unexpect MessageBox - Unexpected Init MessageBox with H264

I have been tasked with updating an audio/video capture application that was using V18 to V22.
The application stopped recording when the PC was updated to 20H2.
I made the necessary changes and used the new unlock codes in the source.
The application seems to work, but something happens now that did not before.

I am sorry, but I do not have the code in front of me, but as best that I can remember:

When the code sets the VideoCompression.H264.Selected to True, a generic messagebox pops up with the title "Init" and the message area of "Init".
I have isolated the message box to that statement.

I do not know where this is coming from or what it means.
It does not indicate an error and the setting appears to be successful.
This did not happen with V18.
This is not in my code
I suspect that it is coming from one of the LeadTools dlls perhaps some vestigial debug code.

In any case, has anyone seen this and what does it mean and how do I stop it from happening

I would appreciate any input on this.
