Does LeadTool support General Purpose Worklist? If yes , could you
please explain how? Dont know much abt it but my manager seems adamant
on it. Could you please explain what it means to have a general purpose worklist?

Yes it does.You can create a general purpose worklist by calling the InitDS method and passing

DICOM_CLASS_GENERAL_PURPOSE_WORKLIST for the first parameter.
