Is there any help file for using the Lead Screen Capture Filter library?

I have downloaded the Multimedia SDK EVAL 14.5 version and trying to use the Lead Screen Capture Filter library

The programming interfaces of different LEAD DirectShow filters, including the LEAD Screen Capture, are all documented in the Multimedia Filters help file, which is shipped with the LEADTOOLS 14.5 Multimedia toolkit.
In the start menu, you should find it under:
<LEADTOOLS 14.5 Multimedia menu>\Filters

Also, the toolkit demo projects use the filters in different ways.
