Hello,
If LEADTOOLS Multimedia SDK installed onto your machine, you can try to use the "LEAD Video Crop Filter".
You can download the evaluation version of the LEADTOOLS Multimedia SDK from the following page:
http://www.leadtools.com/SDK/Multimedia/Multimedia-LE.htm
After downloading the setup, please refer to the "LEADTOOLS Filters help file" and read the following help topic:
- Video Crop Filter
Then refer to the "LEADTOOLS Multimedia COM help file" and read the following tutorial:
- Access the Interface of Filters (Visual Basic)
