What I want to do is have the user select a series of points and then create a region from those points. How do I do this?

JC,
To create a region that contains the area defined by a set of points, there are functions in LEADTOOLS that create a polygon region. For example, in LEADTOOLS .NET 14.5, the RasterImage.AddPolygonToRegion Method does this.
If you need something else, please explain it in more detial.
