PDFs with hidden OCR

Hi, I'm in the process of evaluating some of the leadtools api's.

One requirement that I have is to be able to convert and OCR Tiff images to PDFs with hidden OCR.

I've run the demo and converted a tiff to pdf where the ocr is stored in a separate file. Is it possible to save the pdf with ocr all in the same PDF file. I have done this in the past with applications from Doculex and Expervision's RTK.

Heath,
I'm not sure what you mean by "save the pdf with ocr all in the same PDF file".
If you mean you want the original image to be saved in the PDF file, and the recognition result text to be imbedded in the same file and placed 'under' the image, this can be done by using the PDF With Image On Text converter.
I'm attaching a sample output file for this converter.

If you mean something else, please explain it in more detail.

The sample output file is exactly the result I was after.

How can I implement this functionality in my code? What library does the "PDF With Image On Text" converter belong to? Does one of the examples containing a demonstration?

Almost any of our OCR demos in LEADTOOLS 14.5 can be used. When saving the recognition result, choose the output format to be of this converter type.
