Hi,

I'm new in Leadtools SDKs and I'm not sure about which SDK I need, so I do this question:

Which SDK give me the raster to vector conversion?

LEADTOOLS cannot convert raster images to vector. You can only
embed raster images in vector files if the file format supports
it. Any chapes or text in the raster image will remain raster. Is that what you want?
