When using Annotations with COM in VB6, the user can select and move an annotation object.  However, the bounding rectangle is not updated until after the user releases the mouse button.  This example project shows how to:

1.) Track the Top-Left coordinate of the floater when moving an annotation object.
2.) Implement a hit test on an annotation object.
3.) Implement the AnnMouseMove and AnnMouseDown events.
