Can you add a device using the evaluation software? I have a GeoVision GV-800 card that I bought and can not integrate it into the LEADTools multimedia SDK. It just can't find the device at all. I was wondering if there is procedure to go through to connect to a new device or if the evaluation version only utilizes your screen capture. Please let me know.

Our toolkit automatically identifies any video source (capture device) if it has a DirectShow-compatible driver (known as a Video Source filter). This could be a WMD driver, a Video For Windows legacy driver, or a native DirectShow filter. For example, our Screen Capture Video Source is a DirectShow filter, but not a driver for specific capture hardware.
Does your device have such a driver? If yes, is this driver properly configured on your machine? Does it work with non-LEADTOOLS software?
Please note: if it only works with proprietary software (for example, from the hardware manufacturer), LEADTOOLS will not be able to use it. It must have a standard DirectShow driver.
