I am looking for Dicom Structured Report example.

Does LT have any limitations when working with SR.

LEADTOOLS supports the following Structured Reporting IODs:

CLASS_BASIC_TEXT_SR
CLASS_CHEST_CAD_SR
CLASS_COMPREHENSIVE_SR
CLASS_ENHANCED_SR

Is that what you are asking about? If so, then I'm not aware of any limitations when dealing with those IODs.
