Can i change the the first multi-tiff file offset to 4
Since i notice that when i save the multi-tiff file, the offset is always 8

I'm not completely sure what you are trying to do and what the problem is here. Could you please explain in more detail? Is this offset a tag? Could you take a screenshot so I can see exactly what it is you are trying to change (any files posted to the forum must be in a .ZIP file)?

what i mean to say is the IFD of the first image. Now leadtools generated the offset to 8
Can i change it to start from 4 ?

No, you cannot set the IFD to less than 8. This is because the TIFF header is 8 bytes long (0 - 7), so the smallest offset you can have is the 9th byte (8). The tag you are talking about is 4 bytes long, (4-7). Here is a link to a PDF of the TIFF 6.0 specifications:
