Hello,
we are getting an error message 20084, (ERROR_TWAIN_OPERATIONERROR TWAIN DS or DSM reported error, app shouldn't (no need for your app to report the error ) with an HP 1220 scanner. The scanner's interface will display. The scanner will scan, then the interface goes away and the error message appears. The scanner works with Twacker. What could be causing this? What should we do to fix it?
Thanks!

Hello Kathy,
The original problem above, was resolved by
obtaining the latest patches of our toolkit. If you have LEADTOOLS v14.5 build
14.5.0.13 or less, I recommend that you download the latest patches from our
support site at support.leadtools.com.
If you have problem downloading the patches, please send a new email to our support department at support@leadtools.com.

Kathy,
I have not yet confirmed that this fix will take care of the problem for me. We are in the middle of releasing a previous build of their tools. I will probably not know until January.
